Table Tennis Tips

A real low and short no-spin serve can give you some easy points in matches, as they are difficult to flip hard, and they require good timing to push hard. Mix it up with a heavy backspin in the same spot. Remember to get it short, the ball should bounce short on your side close to the net...

Comments:

This is one the latest rubbers from Galaxy. With it's 'mint green' sponge, it is supposed to particularly suitable for speed glueing.

User Reviews (from internet/newsgroups):

Also I tried the galaxy 9000E.  Of all the 9000's there at hyqua now, this was the only one that interest me other than the 3*.  Actually, I like it better cause it isn't reverse tensioned.  If you glue I'd get this one.  If you don't I'd get the 3*.  The sponge is 40deg, green, and once broke in it is as loud as any I have.  Very tacky.

If you really want to get experimental and crazy, try the new 2.2 Galaxy Milky Way 9000 (Three-Star) on FH.  Oddly, you can still chop and push, but your loops and smashes pick up some serious speed.  This is sorta like playing with Geospin Tacky on Cannon sponge.

The new Dawei Milky Way 9000 (Three-Star) plays similarly to Geospin Tacky except the 9000 sponge (probably Goldway Cannon) produces more speed and arc.
