Table Tennis Tips

A real low and short no-spin serve can give you some easy points in matches, as they are difficult to flip hard, and they require good timing to push hard. Mix it up with a heavy backspin in the same spot. Remember to get it short, the ball should bounce short on your side close to the net...

User Reviews (from internet/newsgroups):

The mind game is the one they made based on the Butterfly "chinese real" blade.  It's much faster than the ayous/hinoki.  And while soft, not that soft.  I'd compare it more to the XF thick balsa blade.  Feels more like a thick balsa, but better tone.  Instead of the single thick core, they've got a lot of medium layers which together make it a similar thickness to fast balsa blades.  It is pretty stiff and soft like a balsa, but better control, I think.

Shown here in it's penhold form, the Mind Game is also available in shakehand.  However, I sell it more often in it's penhold form.  The wood composition was patterned after the butterfly classic penhold "Chinese Real." The blade is thick, and feels something like a thick balsa.  However, the inner layers are balanced in thickness.  Not a single thick middle layer like the traditional balsa blade.  However it is fast like a balsa blade.  Fast enough to qualify for traditional Chinese serve and attack strategies.  Yet it's softer
