Table tennis DVDs can be a great aid for
learning or refining new techniques, as well as a convenient option for
watching the professionals from the comfort of you home. For learning or
developing technique, they can never replace the hands-on 'live' coach,
but if you don't have access to a coach or the relatively high cost of
coaching is an issue, coaching DVDs can be a very good option. A number
of DVDs with video footage of the main world events can also be a great
learning aid, allowing to watch the technique of professionals, and
offering new ideas on how you can improve your own game, as well as
providing very entertaining matches.
