Yasaka V-Stage
|
Every shot aimed at Glory, Super Performance rubber -
Yasaka V Stage.
For players searching for powerful spin and speed,
V-Stage takes the lead. V-Stage is produced by simultanously vulcanising
high friction coefficient rubber to improve spring and high elasticity.
This product stretches the natural rubber to their very limits. Compared
to existing rubber sheets it demonstrates a 13% improvement in spin and
18% in speed.
- Speed: 98
- Spin: 95
- Control: 81

Yasaka V-Stage Review |
Comments: People are obviously wondering how V Stage compares to
Butterfly Bryce, but I will comment on that later. First, V Stage is
Yasaka's first 'modern super rubber' and it is an interesting package. I
have applied it to my Butterfly Keyshot, replacing Mark V M2. The first
thing I noticed was an instant loss of control. Speed is increased and
spin is increased a little over M2, but a lot of control was sacrificed.
I was wondering if I had made a mistake with V Stage, but I kept it and
used it some more, and let me tell you -- this rubber can produce
extremely powerful, low topspin shots. Compared to Bryce, it feels just
a tad slower and a tad less spinny, but this rubber performs well in
every Bryce doesnt. This rubber has more "gears" than Bryce for me, and
light shots with V Stage are still easier to control than with Bryce. V
Stage is an incredible product. Compared to Bryce you trade a little
speed and spin for better sensitivity. Bryce or V Stage? I have them
both right now, and I like them both. You need to try this rubber out
for yourself. I give it a 9/10 because it offers everything Bryce does
and more. slamina
This rubber is for people with good control and
experience. The speed of this rubber is as good as it's advertised, but
the spin factor might be a bit lower. The drawbacks of this rubber is
it's price and it's a bit too hard so that the ball doesn't sink in
enough for optimum control.
